The Directors Guild of America celebrated its 77th Annual DGA Awards on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at the prestigious Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California. This year, the event was once again hosted by the talented comedian, screenwriter, and producer, Judd Apatow, marking his sixth time in this role.

“I can’t believe the DGA brought me back to host for a sixth time. I’m starting to wonder if I’m the only one willing to do it,” Apatow humorously remarked in a press release from the DGA.
